    T-24 before Tuesday’s race — easy miles with strides in the middle, nothing extra.

    Race day — WIAA Regionals · 1600m — 4:39.72 · 3rd (qualifies)

    Ran for place not a PR — Of the 4 spots that advance, SPASH grabbed 3 of them! Storm rolled in after the mile postponing the rest of the meet til tomorrow, glad we were able to get the 1600 in as Friday is Sectionals!

    This will be the most competitive mile of my career so far. To qualify for state I have to finish top 3, this will require a monster PR if it’s going to happen. Hot conditions likely.
